Pay: $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGERS
Shift: 3 (12-hour) shifts or 4 (10-hour) shifts, including weekends

Job Responsibilities
- Patient education
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Post-surgical care
- Skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- Patient follow-up
- OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits, discharges
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active RN license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Experience with home health nursing and OASIS preferred
- Experience in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related experience considered
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of three professional references
Requirements
Experience: Experience with home health nursing preferred; will consider candidates with ICU, ER, or med/surg experience
