Position: Manager overseeing clinical staff for clients with high medical acuity and non-licensed support services

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: 10% incentive bonus program

Shift: In-office with clinical workflow and field work as needed

Job Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees of the agency
Assist with oversight of agency growth related to home care
Serve as the clinical expert for operational and financial management
Investigate and take appropriate actions on client/consumer complaints
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs of clinical staff
Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care
Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations
Oversee case management to ensure financially sound services
Manage caseload as needed for client coverage

Required Skills

Core Skills

Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
CPR certification
Clinical management experience

Preferred Skills

3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
Bachelor’s degree
Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
Basic understanding of OASIS

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse licensure
CPR certification
