Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during endoscopic procedures.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Maintain medical documentation and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
Required Skills

- Ability to analyze situations and apply critical thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- BLS certification (AHA only)
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions
- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice
- Licensed as RN in SC or recognized NCSBN compact state
- Skill in applying and modifying nursing principles for ongoing patient care
- Skill in establishing effective working relationships with patients and staff
- Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions
- Skill in preparing and maintaining records and writing reports
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Highly desired
Requirements
Experience: 3 years in Endoscopy
Education: Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing. BSN preferred
License & Certification:
- BLS Certification
- Licensed as RN in SC or recognized NCSBN compact state
