Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
Responsible for a clinic unit.
Coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs.
Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration).
Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
Trains and mentors staff.

Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience; two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II EQ candidates.

Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
