Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model.
- Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

Requirements
Experience: 3 years - Recent management or supervisory experience; Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to 2 years.

License & Certification:
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Certification in clinical specialty within 1 year of hire
