Coordinate all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care, including delegation of position appropriate patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Conduct systematic assessments to collect and analyze data about patients.
Update patient records to accurately show patient condition.
Develop care plans with measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with patients and families.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Monitor vital signs, telemetry monitors, and EKG interpretation.
Ensure patient safety.
Administer medications.
Provide patient and family education.
Supervise and multitask.

Experience: One year of RN experience

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
