- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
Required Skills
Core Skills
- G-tube experience

- BLS CPR certification

Requirements
Experience:
Education:
License & Certification:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule
- 24/7 On Call for support
COVID-19 Requirements: PPE is provided in each home including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. We follow CDC guidelines to ensure health.
