Job Responsibilities
- Lead aesthetic consultations and craft individualized treatment plans
- Administer cosmetic procedures including neurotoxin, dermal fillers, Kybella, microneedling, and chemical peels
- Educate patients on pre- and post-care, treatment options, and skincare maintenance
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Oversee wellness services including weight loss programs and IV therapy
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in continuing education
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Strong background in aesthetic injectables
- Knowledge of patient care regulations and safety protocols
- Experience in a med spa or similar setting
Preferred Skills
- Leadership abilities
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with injectables
Education:
License & Certification:
- Active RN or NP license in Tennessee
- Current BLS certification
