Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, office-based care for new and established patients
- Conduct evaluations and physical exams
- Design personalized treatment plans
- Interpret labs and imaging; prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to root-cause healing and prevention
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
- Current DEA certification
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hormone therapy, obesity medicine, or integrative/functional medicine
- Certification in obesity management
- 1–2 years of outpatient or hospital-based clinical experience
