Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote clinical excellence and professional development among nursing staff.
Collaborate with leadership and bedside nurses to ensure that evidence-based practices are integrated into patient care.
Create and deliver orientation and onboarding programs for new hires in the medical-surgical unit.
Conduct ongoing competency assessments and continuing education for clinical staff.
Collaborate with unit leaders to identify learning needs and implement educational strategies.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff in the Med-Surg unit.
Evaluate outcomes of educational interventions and revise programs accordingly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.
Participate in hospital-wide education committees and strategic planning initiatives.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred
