- Manage operations of the assigned unit.
- Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
- Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
- Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- 2 years of R.N. experience
- Management experience in a nursing department or unit
Preferred Skills
- 5 years of R.N. experience
