Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and observe and report changes in condition.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Experience:

Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.

License & Certification:

Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
