Pay: LPN: $33-$38/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $35-$40/hr, RN: $38-$42/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $40-$44/hr, sign_on_bonus: $7,500 Sign on Bonus

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure the best possible care for each individual.
Document nursing interventions and changes, keeping track of everything that impacts each person's health.
Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring they meet MAP standards and monitor side effects.
Teach and train staff in essential personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and using supportive devices.
Assist individuals with their personal care and daily activities (ADLs), encouraging independence.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs, ensuring they receive necessary care.
Take on additional assignments as needed to provide the best support and care possible.
