- Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate the nursing services provided in the center
- Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Implement center core nursing programs
- Maintain records and reports for resident care
- Orient and train all nursing services personnel
- Manage the nursing services department within budget
- Follow all center policies and procedures
