Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of the team of field staff
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and solve problems
- Review plans of care daily with knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year nursing experience within the last 36 months
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
