Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to the CNO responsible for all nursing and patient care functions/services within the hospital organization.
Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level.
Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Ensure competency of clinical staff.
Manage resources related to patient care.

Requirements

Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law in state of practice
