Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
- Use systematic planning and appropriate methods to coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Manage multiple patient needs and aspects of care effectively.
- Communicate actively with care team to plan patient care.
- Utilize resources to problem-solve and determine effective approaches.
- Apply the nursing process and critical thinking to provide individualized patient care.
- Continuously evaluate interventions and care, and adjust plans as needed.
- Develop comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
- Act as a preceptor and teacher to other nurses.
- Implement safe and therapeutic care for patients with complex needs.
- Document patient care per guidelines and policies.

Requirements
Experience: 1 Year of clinical experience
Education: Graduate of nursing school
License & Certification:
- California Registered Nurse (RN)
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare)
Schedule:
- Weekend requirements: Every other weekend
- 12-hour shifts
