Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Utilize systematic planning and appropriate methods to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
Manage multiple patient needs and aspects of care effectively.
Communicate actively with the care team to plan patient care.
Utilize available resources to problem-solve and determine effective approaches to actions.
Employ nursing judgment and decision-making for individualized patient care.
Continuously evaluate interventions and adjust care plans based on patient and family needs.
Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
Act as preceptor/teacher to guide other nurses in applying the nursing process.
Implement safe, therapeutic, and efficient care for patients with complex needs.
Document patient care per department guidelines.
Delegate and assign care delivery processes to team members while ensuring tasks are completed.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Anticipate and address problems in nurse/patient/family interactions.
Provide age-appropriate education to facilitate recovery and health maintenance.
Coordinate transfer and discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare team members.

Experience: One year clinical experience
