Collaborates with office teams to ensure smooth, efficient clinical flow of the practice.
Participates in the patient workload and schedule management.
Ensures clinical supply, vaccinations, and medication inventories are readily available.
Monitors and coordinates proper disposal of clinical supplies according to regulatory requirements.
Creates and maintains systematic monitoring process for supply and disposal procedures.
Ensures efficient workflow of clinical staff in collaboration with office site Practice Managers.
Provides expertise with patient management systems, including EPIC workflow.
Ensures regulatory and documentation standards for clinical equipment are maintained.
Provides managerial leadership input on associate performance evaluations.
Ensures training and onboarding of new clinical staff is completed.
Acts as a clinical and administrative liaison for staff to ensure efficient operations.
Provides constructive coaching and performance feedback to clinical staff as needed.
Participates in clinical and administrative development activities.
Contributes to the completion of patient assessments under the provider's direction.
Assists with virtual visits including pre-charting and follow-up appointments.
Performs procedures and tests within state guidelines.
Maintains departmental competency guidelines and assists with front desk workflows.
Travels to other facilities as needed to meet patient care requirements.

Experience: 2 years of related leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably a physician practice.

Education: Registered Nurse - State Issued Licensing/ Certification.
