- Supervises a large work group to ensure high quality, cost-effective product or service delivery.
- Performs within the department’s goals and objectives.
- Maintains effective customer service relationships by responding to customer needs.
- Resolves conflicts and educates employees on customer service.
- Communicates effectively and continually with staff, management, and customers to facilitate necessary flow of information.

Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience; 1 year of experience leading employees in an emergency care setting.
