Job Responsibilities
- Support the Nurse Manager or Director in overall operations of the assigned unit.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and manage resources effectively.
- Coach, mentor, and lead a professional and technical team to deliver services.
- Assure quality of care is delivered to patients.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Maintain outstanding customer service and build respectful relationships.

- Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements
- EKG competency
