Job Responsibilities
- Leads staff members and participates in overall management of the area.
- Develops, manages and evaluates area based on work team performance.
- Acts as clinical leader and facilitates education for staff on clinical standards.
- Ensures clinical assignments are aligned with patient care needs and staff competencies.
- Implements area specific quality plans linked to organizational goals.
- Manages projects and maintains alignment with strategic plan.
- Provides feedback and coaching to staff members.
- Supports scheduling and processing of procedure requests.
- Performs midyear and annual evaluations for approximately 38 FTEs.
