Job Responsibilities

Actively navigate 911 callers to appropriate patient care across the health continuum.
Telephonically assess patients and follow established, evidence-based protocols.
Demonstrate the ability to function as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Nurse.
Provide excellent customer service.
Manage time, resources, and documentation requirements.
Lead and mentor others as assigned.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Effective communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and functions
Demonstrated patient teaching and educational facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

Bilingual translation skills
Phone assessment and/or triage experience

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years nurse experience in direct urgent patient care, ideally in Emergency or Acute Care settings.

Education: Compact License Nurse or RN License required. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or any other degree with a focus on community or disease education preferred.

License & Certification:

Maintain an active Nursing License (LVN, LPN) or RN Compact state Nurse License
Maintain an active CPR card
