Job Responsibilities
- Provide direction and leadership for all aspects of PMG AK quality and safety.
- Evaluate and implement clinical programs and services.
- Develop a system of patient care aligned with excellent patient experience, strong health care outcomes, and cost-effective care delivery.
- Support the culture of Providence with an emphasis on patient experience.
- Implement services in line with High Reliability system principles.
- Work closely with the Executive Team, Medical Directors, and Site Leadership to coordinate resources.
- Ensure training and direction for care delivery.
- Measure and report outcomes of safe care delivery.
