- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
