Job Title: RN Triage - General Surgery Clinic
Position: Triage Nurse in General Surgery
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $29.50 - $44.50, $10,000 Sign on Bonus
Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms.
- Guide the patient to the appropriate level of care.
- Schedule patient appointments over the phone with appropriate healthcare providers/facilities/physicians.
- Document information provided to patients during triage in health record systems.
- Record patients' health conditions for follow-up patient care.
- Maintain and develop triage protocols.
- Ensure patients' healthcare information is updated on time.
- Educate patients based on calls that come in.

- Strong communication skills

- Experience with health record systems

- Experience in a healthcare setting

Requirements
Experience: One Year Of Healthcare Experience Preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
License & Certification:
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Licensure in the states where the patients being served reside
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, Days
