Job Responsibilities

Directly responsible for management of clinical services provided by clinical staff across the continuum of care; inpatient, outpatient, and all clinic care delivery sites.
Supports pre and post-surgical care.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care to patients from infants to geriatrics.
Works in collaboration with leadership on program development and promotions for contracting and marketing.
Collaborates with program leadership, clinic leaders, and organizational leadership to ensure compliance with safety policies, emergency procedures, and infection control practices.
Conducts and demonstrates compliance with ethical standards and reports suspected violations of laws, regulations, and compliance policies.
Supervises Registered Nurses and oversees all clinical activities related to patient care in the program.
Collaborates with IT and EMR teams to integrate workflow, patient safety, quality, and regulatory requirements into program operations.
Actively supports QAPI program activities and participates in survey preparation and actions following surveys.
Solves customer problems and responds quickly to customer needs.
Provides leadership in managing nursing staff within daily clinical operations.

Requirements

Experience: 3 years clinical RN experience; 2 years within a specialized program as an RN and 1 year of management/supervisory experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's in Science of Nursing preferred.

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse Compact License (RN LICENSE COMPACT)
Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE) - State of Florida
