Direct and coordinate the daily clinical operations of the service line.
Support pre and post-surgical processes.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to different age groups.
Collaborate with leadership on program development and marketing.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, emergency procedures, and infection control practices.
Supervise Registered Nurses involved in the program.
Oversee clinical activities related to patient care.
Work with team members to integrate IT and EMR program into operations.
Support QAPI program activities and participate in surveys.
Solve customer problems and treat customers with dignity and respect.
Support the management of nursing staff within daily clinical operations.

Experience: 3 years clinical RN experience, preferred 2 years within a specialized program and 1 year management/supervisory experience.

Education: Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's in Science of Nursing preferred.
