- Analyzes assessment data to determine actual and potential diagnoses or issues.
- Identifies expected outcomes for an individualized healthcare plan.
- Develops and modifies a plan of care that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.

- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire
