Collects pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
Analyzes assessment data to determine actual and potential diagnoses or issues.
Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or situation.

Requirements

Experience: Intraoperative RN experience required unless participating in the Periop Program. All RNs are encouraged to advance through the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
