Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia.
Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Current nursing licensure in Minnesota
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 1 month

Experience:

Education: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
