Direct, plan, organize, and evaluate the Labor and Delivery and PNU Departments unit.
Ensure compliance with hospital and medical staff standards set forth by regulatory organizations (State, TJC, CMS, AHCA, etc.).
Integrate activities into the overall hospital organization.
Maintain efficient and effective operations by ensuring coordination of services provided to patients.
Coordinate program activities with hospital administration.
Manage budget and marketing functions.
Maintain responsibility for staff performance.
Oversee accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, and safety policies and procedures.
Meet company and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
