Position: Clinical Liaison for hospice services
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $79,000 - $87,000 per year (Average Pay Range), $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct hospital and medical facility-based outreach to identify new referral sources.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources to increase census and preference for hospice services.
- Use clinical knowledge and empathetic communication skills to explain and educate on hospice services.
- Initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients.
- Promote and position hospice patient care service through regular visits.
- Build the brand of the hospice as the preferred provider in the service area.
- Make regular calls to secure new referrals and build census.
- Assist in determining patient eligibility based on hospice knowledge and training.
- Conduct initial meetings with patients and families to overview hospice services.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum one (1) year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare, 1-2 years of hospice/palliative marketing preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred
License & Certification:
- Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse
