Job Responsibilities
- Provide and manage patient care under general supervision.
- Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Interview patients and obtain physicals.
- Provide patient education.
- Determine initial diagnosis and documentation.
- Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing.
- Respond to the unique needs of all patients from newborn to geriatric.

Requirements
Experience: One year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in the same specialty
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required; work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
License & Certification:
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment
