Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
- Responsible for a clinic unit.
- Coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs.
- Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration).
- Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
- Trains and mentors staff.

Requirements
Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience and a minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II EQ only.
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
License & Certification:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR
- ACLS (as applicable by Facility/Department)
- PALS or ENPC (required within ninety days for ER)
- NRP (required upon orientation completion for post-partum, nursery, L&D)
- Wound-Ostomy Certification or Training in Wound Care and/or Ostomy Care for Wound Care specialty
