Job Responsibilities
- Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contribute to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia.
- Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory or accrediting agencies.
- Coordinate lactation education and support within the nursing division.

Requirements
Experience: Must have completed a Birthplace capstone, internship, or Early Hire program within the past 3 years.
Education: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
License & Certification:
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year
Schedule:
- 0.75 FTE
