- Ensure care delivery is consistent with the company's missions and policies.
- Maintain adherence to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift.
- Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
- Work with physicians and other medical professionals.

- Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
