Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
Collects and analyzes comprehensive patient data, including physiological and psychological factors.
Establishes daily goals with the patient and family.
Formulates a plan of care based on assessment data and problem identification.
Implements nursing care according to the care plan.
Ensures patient safety and medication administration.
Provides education to patients and families regarding care.
Documents patient care in healthcare records.
Continuously evaluates patient’s status and effectiveness of nursing care.
Coordinates patient care from admission to discharge.

Experience: 1 year of experience as a licensed RN

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
