Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Act as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care.
Delegate position appropriate patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Conduct systematic and dynamic assessments to collect and analyze data about patients.
Update patient records to accurately reflect patient condition.
Set measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with the patient and family.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Monitor vital signs, telemetry monitors, and perform EKG interpretation.
Ensure patient safety.
Administer medications.
Provide patient and family education.
Supervise and multitask effectively.

Experience: One year of RN experience

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
