Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support optimal resident care.
- Conduct and review MDS assessments.
- Manage OBRA and Medicare schedules.
- Support interdisciplinary care planning.
- Participate in utilization review and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members across all shifts.
- Maintain high standards in resident well-being, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Florida
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
- Experience in SNF MDS management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the RAI/CP/PDPM process
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management
