Position: Registered Nurse overseeing Resident Assessment Instrument and care planning

Pay: $75,000-$90,000

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct and review MDS assessments.
- Manage OBRA and Medicare schedules.
- Support interdisciplinary care planning.
- Participate in utilization review and quality assurance.
- Maintain high standards in resident well-being and documentation accuracy.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in Florida
- 3-5 years of related experience in SNF MDS management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the RAI/CP/PDPM process
