Pay: $10,000 first year success bonus and competitive pay per visit compensation model with a 4-month orientation pay guarantee.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
- Support patients in Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows, IL and surrounding areas.
- Meet critical deadlines for charting.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- RN license in the state of employment
- One year of RN experience
- Clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- Current driver’s license with the ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
