Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the hospice agency ensuring patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Manage all aspects of terminal care with expertise in pain and symptom management.
- Supervise staff and manage documentation requirements.
- Oversee service coordination and case management.
- Assign appropriate staff members to patients and families, and act as a staff nurse when necessary.
- Participate in community awareness and education programs.

Requirements
