Job Responsibilities
- Assess, identify problems, plan, implement, and coordinate all processes impacting the quality and quantity of care delivered to patients.
- Evaluate clinical care processes and patient outcomes, directing plans for consistent positive outcomes.
- Provide leadership in the delivery of care and nursing practice in the clinical unit and organization.
- Communicate with clinical staff, interdisciplinary teams, executive leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and consistency in nursing care delivery and clinical performance.
- Analyze data trends and coach nursing teams to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Lead improvement strategies and develop business plans to optimize performance.
- Participate in committees/taskforces as needed.
Required Skills

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in nursing; 2+ years in leadership roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or relevant field.
