Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care by following the carefully crafted plan of care to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.
- Support patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
- Emphasize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Impact patients' families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within agency and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience as a CNA in an acute care or long-term care setting.

- Current unencumbered certificate in the state as a C.N.A.
- CPR certification if state-mandated
