Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams
Share expertise on diabetes management and best treatment practices
Participate in local events and initiatives to build credibility in the diabetes community
Schedule and deliver personalized training to patients on the proper use of Insulet products
Assess patient needs and customize training programs
Provide ongoing support and education to patients, including follow-up consultations
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure training aligns with clinical treatment plans
Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) for consultancy
Oversee CPTs and provide timely product updates
Leverage data for education strategy and actions
Maintain and update data systems to capture training metrics
Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy to healthcare providers and patients
Collaborate with territory partners to achieve sales goals
Champion patient success stories to drive product adoption
Execute field sales activities aligned with established guidelines

Bachelor's degree
Experience conducting training in a clinical setting
Prior experience in a commercial role in medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Education: Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
