Job Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients under general supervision.
- Plan and implement nursing care.
- Document nursing assessments.
- Identify and report situations requiring further intervention.
- Formulate and communicate a goal-directed plan of care.
- Assure patient rights.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Critical Care experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and guidelines
Preferred Skills
- Cardiothoracic ICU experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Requirements
Experience: Critical Care experience required; Cardiothoracic ICU experience preferred.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
License & Certification:
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
