Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services including trending lab values and tracking metrics on vital signs and weight.
- Ensure the clinical team is delivering the highest level of care to patients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs for patient observations and machine setup.
- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience
- Supervisory experience
Preferred Skills
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Requirements
Experience: At least 18 months of registered nursing experience
Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor's in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
License & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
