Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour; $25,000 Signing Bonus

Shift: 30 hours per week; Weekday hours only - one evening shift until 7 pm required

Job Responsibilities

Perform patient exams, screenings, and treatments
Record patient health history
Prescribe medications and therapies
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures
Provide pre and post-natal care
Offer family planning services
Educate and counsel patients

Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients, team members, and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician

Experience: Two years of full-time experience working as a WHNP required

Education:

License & Certification:

National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
