Job Title: RN Pediatric Float AdventHealth for Children FT Nights
Position: Pediatric Float Pool Nurse
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $5,000 Relocation available for eligible candidates
Shift: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (with weekend rotation)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.
- Adhere to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
- Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining respectful relationships.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current valid State of Florida or multi state license as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Skills
- Pediatric or Neonatal Nursing Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Professional certification
Requirements
Experience: Applicable experience required
Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
License & Certification:
- Current valid State of Florida or multi state license as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- NRP within 90 days of hire
Schedule:
- Full-time, 36 hours per week
